Reviews and Ratings <br />
We just returned from an unforgettable week at this hotel, enjoying its stunning views and luxurious amenities. Our room was spacious with a fantastic layout, perfect for relaxation. However, we found that some service aspects, especially during dining, fell short of expectations. Overall, it's a great spot for those seeking a peaceful escape with plenty of options for leisure and relaxation.
This hotel is a true gem for those seeking relaxation and stunning views. The spacious and well-maintained pools were a delight, especially the infinity pool that offered a perfect escape on warm days. The dining options were varied and enjoyable, perfect for our week-long stay. However, the beach outside isn't the best, and a full-length mirror in the room would have been a nice touch.
My stay at the Saccharum Hotel was a mixed bag. While the clean and comfortable ambiance and the inviting pools made for a pleasant experience, I encountered several downsides including disappointing dining options and some unresponsive service. The overall value for money could be better, given the discrepancies I observed during my visit.
Our stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The views of the Atlantic were absolutely stunning, adding to the charm of our getaway. The breakfast was impressive, with an extensive selection that delighted us each morning. However, the dining options beyond breakfast left much to be desired, feeling a bit repetitive and lacking variety, especially for vegetarians. Additionally, the location is somewhat remote, which might limit exploration without a car, making it a less ideal choice for those wanting to experience more of Madeira.
I had a lovely holiday at this hotel with stunning views and modern decor that amazed me upon arrival. The service was generally good, particularly from specific staff members who went above and beyond, but some restaurant experiences were lacking. The rooms were beautifully appointed, though the dining could use improvement with more varied options. Overall, a great stay with a few drawbacks.
